I feel like if anyone got the Men's or Women's NikeLab colors from last week, those are likely the better option over the Pale Grey since those colorways already have Pale Grey with a bit of an extra kick or flare to it. I do still want to see it in person just to get a peek at it.

I did a quick try-on (I repeat, just a try-on) since there was some daylight, and I THINK this is how the "Pale Grey" is supposed to look like on the Women's NikeLab pair. I could be completely wrong... all I know is that all these pictures for the VaporMaxes are all coming out so different than what it really looks like. ******* with my eyes here... at least it ain't trippy like that damn dress from a few years back.

For anyone else wondering about sizing. I have fairly wide feet, ordered true to size 8, and my asphalts from finishline just came in yesterday and fit great. I was little worried they would be too tight, but they are good. I am 8.5 in ultra boosts FYI.

CAN SOMEONE SHED SOME LIGHT FOR ME THOUGH???

Well they mentioned when initially announcing with the Platinum that they wanted to get back to more basic colorways. They will eventually begin mixing up with colorways though as we saw with the MC iD options we saw on Air Max Day.

I SNOOZED ON THE MC OPTIONS ON AIR MAX DAY.

It's unusual for me, but the more I see this model, the less appealing they are to me.  Gonna wait for more colorways, and for them to go on discount.  Like the AM Zero, these will ultimately not be limited, and sit.  Can't wait to check out the comfort though as I appreciate the evolution of the tech!

I AGREE. IM DYING TO SEE HOW COMFY THEY ARE BUT ALL THESE BORING C/W'S ARE KEEPING ME AT BAY

i will say this. pics of the vapormax do not do the shoes justice.

i wasnt exactly floored away with the plats until i got them in hand.

also, they break necks like no other.

I agree with you unless they bring back the black option to ID. That way I can use a discount code and this partial gift card I have.

Makes sense; I just have so many black shoes that I want something a little more creative for these.  I also don't care whatsoever about breaking necks.  At my age it's all about what I like to look at ;-).

That's one of the things that I like a lot about the VaporMax. These shoes have that quality where you just have to see it in person.

i dont either. but when i wore them and just kept seeing everyone look down, it brought back a feeling of when i first started buying sneakers that was missed.

L streak continues lol.. decided to try stockx for the first time ($25 off coupon) and put in the highest bid for sz 13 asphalts.. 20 minutes later I get a email saying it was accepted.. couple minutes later a payment decline email... went in and fixed my card and they had already sold to the next lowest.  

You'd think once you put a bid in they'd preauth your card, no? 

 

Bid was for 228, sold to 225 fwiw
