Nike Air VaporMax

Over the past few weeks I've been wearing Ultra Boosts to work (albiet old, and probably bottomed-out) and then switching over to Vapormaxes if I go out at night. Nice contrast between the two. The UBs are a plush bounce while the VMs are a firm bounce. Both very comfortable in their own right.

Mine just came in today, as a wide footer I might return these. Initial try on was....less than comfortable. Idk yet but i do like the look of the shoe in person. Juat might not be a shoe for me

Try wearing thinner socks. I'm a wide footer as well. I wear 10.5 in most shoes, including Racers/Trainers and UBs, but actually went with my true size for my VaporMaxes which is a 10. Wearing regular socks the shoes are a bit snug. But with thinner socks they're great. And like other's have said, they get better after breaking them in a bit.

It's a darker shade than regular blue. It goes well with a red or maroon. Personally, it's one of my favorite colors to wear.

must have pair to me.

Navy blue = copped off the muscle

Thanks for sharing opinions, I agree they also look unique to me compared to what has released so far. Hope we can all get a pair. Besides black Nikelab and cdg resell doesn't really look good on vapormax so hopefully these may turn away people, leading to a cop if you keep an eye out

I'm Deciding between the navy blue, all black, and olive lol

A black knit would have looked better on the "Be True" edition in my opinion.

So NikeLab release means what (yes I know in physical locations), but no SNKRS no NDC purchase?

Finally got my asphalts in and can completely say I'm impressed especially with a lot of mixed reviews.

I have been wearing full cushioned Air Max from the 360s to the AM2009-12 and 2013-16 and can say thats its unlike any of the full length bags at all. Its a lot more responsive than I thought and still gives a comfortable cushion for casual wear.

It seems that a lot of the negative reviews were people that had some extremely high expectations or have never worn much of the different variations of full length Air Max. Its not for everybody but I dont see much reasoning on the negatives of this shoe.

The thing that impresses me the most are when you apply pressure/weight to certain points of the shoe and the teeth push off the ground giving you that bounce or responsive feeling. Still stand by my point of me not choosing to run in these because of the stability issue being off the ground so high.

Also one thing that I find funny is they do sound like you are walking with cleats. People usually look at my shoes more from the sound they make then just catching a glance
