Jordan 4 cement

Did anybody else get like this white dots on their retail pair of Jordan 4 cements box .Is the jump man leg supposed be that far apart from the stitching shouldn't it be touching the stitching. The third pictures although it doesn't show but it's like Jordan brand added extra netting on the side or just didn't glue it down or place it right.Because the netting is sticking out
