They've been pissing and ******** with the door open having convos like it's normal for a while now. Dunno if I first saw it on RW or a Challenge. Do recall being grossed out by it the first time :x Now I'm use to it :lol:

Getting the camera crew on cam on purpose or like they don't care has been a recent thing. Don't know if they're lazy and don't care or if they think that adds anything to the show. Having the guy in charge audio get picked up saying to turn on the lights for better lighting when these chicks just woke up was very weird. One of them had to address it :lol:

They should've pulled that when Dion was smashing.

They used to have very strict rules against production-cast member interactions. But the new world of reality television has broken down those walls, and Bunim/Murray realized that the camera crew had an effect on the cast members, so they became part of the show (to a certain extent). Knowing someone who worked on the crew once, the cast members mess with the camera crews and try to get them to interact. Eventually, you just give in.

I'm totally fine with it. no point in trying to edit it in a way as if they're NOT there, you know?
 
Man, if I hadn't stumbled across this thread I wouldn't have even known there was a new season of The Real World.

Literally saw no promotion of it on MTV or its sister channels. Tells you how far the show has fallen off.

Gonna check out the first episodes see if I should even bother with the rest of the season.

Anyone know when/if they'll be reairing episodes? I remembered to check for the new eps but I couldn't even figure out what day it's on.

Whoever said they ain't running enough promo for the show is right. Still haven't seen a commercial

They don't re-air Real World episodes much anymore because it doesn't do well in re-runs. It's always available at MTV.com or OnDemand though.
 
Her boyfriend has her in check. She's a weak and needy woman and he plays mental games to keep her in check.

Her being mad at them for taking her to a strip club :lol:
