It was famous back in the day, 80s and 90s, but a ton of them went out of business. I think they might have even had one in Summerville, or maybe it was a "Sizzler",
 
What is the consensus on cafeteria style dining? I used to go to a place called Picadilly's after church on Sundays when I used to visit my grandparents in the south, it was alright, and here where I'm from we have this place called Luby's, caters to a way older demographic.

My grandparents always love going to Picadillys. I usually just get liver and onions when I go there :smokin but it has to be when the right cook is there cause sometimes the liver is TOOOOOO damn tough.
 
Buffets are pretty disgusting. They serve low quality food which is why it's "cheap."

If I wanted food poisoning I'd just go to Chipotle.

buffets in general are kinda disgusting imo. something about exposed/sitting food doesnt sit right with me

i only make an exception in Vegas. because when in Rome...

GC prolly can't eem get your steaks right all the time.

I'd rather just go to Costco, buy some Prime steak, not that USDA choice garbage, and cook it well done to extremely charred. That way I know my steaks are done perfect.
 
Just had ultimate Buffett in Colorado Springs yesterday... Gave me the bubble guts ..

its not hard to cook it rare frank.

I do agree tho no restaurant ive ever been to can cook a steak how i like it better than me.
