Air Jordan 6 "Black Cat" To Release 12/31/16

One of my grail sneakers for the longest time has been an all murdered out durabuck Jordan VI with a smoked sole. Similar to these Jordan VI Boots worn in Batman Returns:

Idk why Nike couldn't just release this same exact colorway/design (with regular VI silhouette & the pull tab obviously). So much simpler & a lot cleaner looking. I would've copped multiple pairs to beat into the ground if they released like this.

I'm gonna be passing on the garbage that's actually releasing. All the extra perforations completely ruin the shoe. Horrible execution by JB

they just did space jams and they could have had a batman shoe

Seriously, as a poster above says: the OD of perforations killed this shoe for me. Would cop at discount once it gets there (if it gets there), but I'm passing on $190.

I see why people don't like it... they're pretty different. I do think the perforations were added for style and they make the front more detailed. The holes and the all black color give this 6 more of a modern boot look. It's a very nice shoe, way better than the recent Maroon IMO

toe perforations killed it in a bad way.

flat black laces and a discount will make these salvageable...
 
Perforations in the toe killed it for me too.. I've been wanting a black leather 6 (non-nubuck) for a while and HAD high hopes th the Black Cats, but that's shattered now...

Saw a dude rocking these at the supermarket this week, and I seriously thought they were fakes because of the holes. How do you manage to ruin such a classic iconic shoe? :smh:

If they looked like these pics...which they should have, would have been in. 

The current toe perforations, regardless of WTF Jordan was trying to go for takes a dump on the original style...which was perfect to begin with. 

Change the color.........Change the materials............but don't change the ******* style unless you are going to label it V2.

Nike+ actually insulted me for reserving a pair of these for me. I didn't want this trash. Yet they couldn't hold me down on something I actually wanted (Space Jam 11s)
