Well, I finally got my answer about sizing. Ran over to the local HOH (King of Prussia Mall) and tried them on. The staff there are very nice and into shoes like us (turned everyone's head wearing my '06 Fire Red Laser 4's. That was fun).
Anyhow, these are DEFINITELY TTS. I'm a true size 11 by the device and these fit with just enough wiggle room for my big toe on my larger foot. I tried the 11.5 and they fit but were too roomy and they were creasing at a weird spot (dead space).
Now I can pick up the Reign Water colorway either down in Philly on Thursday or I may just jump at the seller on eBay who has them for 124.99. These are VERY comfortable and the black camo is nicer in person. And the Threadborne material is nice and soft and flexible.
