what do you mean they were a struggle for ball? performance wise or putting them on/taking them off?

Nikes real high tops of the time with straps main problem was the time involved putting them on.
Made changing for gym class hectic
Thee worst tho was when you had to go in and out of peoples houses all day.....
The coolness of your sweet sneaks was drastically lessed by your homies ( as you were the only sneakerhead) as they mocked you for taking so long to put on your space shoes....
Id only hoop in these but they cant handle the dust where I play and the chance of forefoot air is low.
Im on my do it right or dont bother with nike retros.

Performance. They were okay, not the worst in the world, but they were boats and my back heels got jabbed in them which never has happened with a Nike basketball shoe. Sad thing is I loved them so much still I kept wearin em
I had a couple friends that had em too for ball and they ended up sitting in their closets for Flights instead.

Unfortunately, I wasn't told anything about those...and that's the pair I'd punch a baby for lol. Right now, those are the only 3 I was given the heads up on.

No problem man. I'm guessing these will sit unless they are given the "Nike Lab" treatment, which isn't the case at this point.

The OG Webber is the best of this shoe. If they bring that color way back it will be 100% buy.

Since I've seen there's already a seller w/ FSR of all black pair on eBay, all I'm hoping for them is to become available on the sales rack eventually so that I can cop it under $50 or less just like the case w/ Carnivores.

I'm in for the Robinson's first link I find (don't even care if its retail, I love these shoes that much)!! Also in for Webber Slate Blue/Black and if we're even more lucky, Grant Hill's Duke White/Varsity Royal! I had a pair of Webber's in high school & years later they were my 1st eBay purchase (a very clean near DS pair). I can't wear them now (crumbled like crazy) so I'm so ready for the retro!!!

I think the reason I feel no kinda nostalgia here is likely because I was in love with the force max barkleys and maestros around the time.

If the one seller on eBay is selling them at $144.99, I'm guessing they are either $150 or $160. That seller didn't have a shot of the box tag so I couldn't see the price.

THAT ALL BLK COLORWAY ON EBAY LOOKS TACKY. IM NOT SURE EVEN THEY USED THE SAME COLOR AS THE OGS

They're EXACTLY like the OG's, with the only difference being the OG had a white swoosh.
