Nah, the strings or something used stab me right in the urethra. No humble brag but the doctor said it's not for above average males. Implanon in the arm is way better, and lasts for like 3 years.

My wife has had one for the last 8 years or so. She's had no problem with it.

That use to happen for like the first week. Painful but I dealt with it. Havent felt it since. Hope its not stuck in her walls.
 
My girl got the 3 yr implant. They said it's 99.98% effective. I was like oh so there's like a 1 in 5000 chance of impregnation, do you have any option more reliable?
 
Yo a urethra stabbing sounds awful!! I'm a pretty big guy, I don't think I could deal with that.

It's more annoying than painful, feels exactly like what it is a hard piece of plastic stabbing you in the urethra with every stroke.


That thing had to go...it ain't made for no real breh.

Impanon is the best option IMO, plus there's no "monthly visits" either.
