Ouch . I would say that's kinda normal if he was making an athletic movement but it kinda looks like he's just standing there stationary.

Chest,Arms,back and some light cardio.I do not use them for Leg day and Squats etc not enough support I use Kobe X's for leg day.

Can never go wrong with a pair of Frees either for walking or working out in. Been beating my 4.0 prints to death over the last few months. Also need to get a replacement or 2 pretty soon.

Apparently the UltraFast FlyKnits are releasing today? Though SneakerNews claims that it does come out today, they do not however provide a price?

The Train Ultrafast Flyknit will debut June 15 at select retailers and nike.com in a total of six different colorways: Bright Mango/Hyper Jade, Racer Blue/Total Crimson/Blue Glow, Volt/Pink Blast/Deluxe Glow, Black/White, Hyper Jade/Volt and Wolf Grey/Hyper Jade.

We set out to design the lightest and fastest training shoe… The Nike Train Ultrafast Flyknit’s diamond-shaped Flyknit upper is lightweight, super breathable and linked together in chain-link like system. Nike flywire is woven through the Flyknit cables and functions like a Chinese finger trap toy, delivering a 3D containment system that locks down and engages all the way around the foot. Then, we introduced the Flex Speed plate underfoot, cutting diamond shapes out of the underfoot pbax plate in order to push the cushioning through, resulting in superior responsive propulsion for speed training.

Yeah that's weird as hell. There's two or three different pages dedicated to them on news.nike.com and none of them list a price .

I'd imagine they're gonna be on the pricier side. Some really nice colorways that we've seen. I'm thinking about maybe grabbing a pair and seeing how they fare on the golf course.

Wow I just now noticed for the first time that the side was a see thru mesh lol kind of wondering wtf that is for since flyknit is already one of the most breathable uppers anyway.

Make it even breathable and lighter?

Most performance flyknit shoes still are tightly knitted or has some backing support so this is going to be much more breathable overall.
