Things to do in Denver

Have t seen this thread to now, but I just moved to Boulder last month. I go to Denver on weekends or during the week for meetups. Denver is amazing Bruh. Hands down one of the best cities I been too. Every neighborhood has its own niche and stuff going on. Getting green is like buying candy and the women are fire. It's a different style of living out here. the weather is crazy too. Like it will be 35 and cold but it will still be straight and it be 75 in the afternoon but will drop to like 45 or lower but it's all good tho.

ColdCrush on Fridays is white girl central and them joints be fire. That's what I seen so far. Epernay Lounge on Saturdays. Look them joints up on IG. But it's a big bar scene out here so it depends what you into. But those two for sure.

Why aren't there more food places

What are you looking for?

My favorite Mexican is called La Loma. Get a Chile rellano which is a Green Chile pepper that is filled with cheese and then deep-fried.

Cool spots to check out: Linger for apps / finger foods, Snooze for breakfast with badass pancakes, Larimer Square has a few fancier places, burgers at Brothers Bar near REI (which is pretty bad *** in an old brick warehouse) or at the Cherry Cricket if you're down in Cherry Creek area. Lot of good sandwich shops like Snarfs, Masterpiece Deli, Cheeba Hut, Backcountry Deli.

:smokin just bought my ticket...going from april 5-9...trying to stay outdoors though...looking up some good hiking trails and scenic drives...

Got any tips? Heading there in two days. Also looking for good hiking and scenic drives.

Cost of living high? It's pretty diverse right or am I expecting to be looked down upon because I have brown skin?

Damn dont know how I missed this lol

Denvers super diverse bro. Obviously there are areas that are what they are but the citys a melting pot.

Actually real estate has shot up ridiculously high as of late. Lots of out of towners (cali transplants) moving here. And all of the run down commercial warehouse property has turned into real estate gold as the dispensary growers have bought up EVERYthing.

Flourishing, b

Yeah, whatever club Francois Baptiste is holding down is where you probably want to be. Google his whereabouts for more info

1st day i went to "table top mountain" seen some deer as soon as i drove up. the hike was moderate. seen a couple of dudes scaling the face.
View media item 2400931View media item 2400932spent my whole 2nd day at "Golden Gate Canyon State Park"...absolutely gorgeous...the drive into the canyon was as well. hiked on the "beaver trail". this hike was a bit too advanced for me. the trail couldn't be seen due to the snow so i got off trail a couple of times which made the hike a lot more difficult. made it to the top by some rock formations. posted up and :smokin ...continued to the "mule deer" trail which threw me to "panorama point".

the drive for "lookout mountain" was awesome although i didn't go to the top. lots of porsche's and seen a couple of lambos making their way up the mountain.

Damn, really appreciate the trip report bro. Will def hit up some of these spots. Actually booked an airbnb in Boulder and will be making day trips to Denver. What kind of kicks did you use for these hikes? Not sure if I wanna carry boots with me or if good kicks will suffice.

i rocked some converse boots during hikes. didn't really need them other than the golden gate state park though. if you are going into the mountains they will help with the snow. but if your staying local some decent sneakers should be suitable...

Was gonna go for 420 with the homies.. canceled. Might just go in the summer with a biddy and post up in the mountains for 4 or 5 days...

Heading out to Denver next weekend for the Snoop/Wiz concert at Red Rocks. Went there last year for the My Morning Jacket show. Highly recommend catching a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Need to find some stuff to do in the city. Flying in Sat morning, concert is Sunday night, and leaving Mon morning.

we was tryna plan a 420 move to but my boys had too many trips planned. Def gotta see if the summer is the move
