Is there anyway I can get the nike.com sale price in store. The size I need is in store but out of stock online and on sale. I was thinking buying online and exchanging for the right size instore.

Go to the shop and ask.  The last time I went in, this is what they told me.  If the store price is cheaper than online, they can order it online for the store price and ship it to you.  If the online price is cheaper than the store price, they can't match that.  Now, I've also had an associate match the price for me so I guess it's whomever you talk to?  Plead your case and maybe they'll help you out.

Honestly, it depends on the item you're trying to buy. If it's a hot ticket item, why bother dealing with a phone order when it will fly off the shelves locally. Kinda screwed up but that's the jist.

I was just told "We don't do online orders on the weekend". I replied with "It's not an online order, it's over the phone" [emoji]128514[/emoji] and then she corrected herself. Seems to me the stores do what they want. I know for a fact the shoe I'm going for is not a hot ticket item!

You should be able to in a worst case that the store is to busy to take the phone order, put the shoe on hold and they can call you back at the end of the night or the next morning when they have time to process the order.

Ask to speak to the manager or get a different athlete on the phone. She's just lazy af, smh.

copped, thank you for the info.  i called them and they said they i need to call back in half an hour since they won't do orders until 30min before closing.  when i called back at 3:30pm pacific time, they were able to  help me with the order and were very polite.

just FYI, most stores won't hold anything overnight, so you'll just have to call back and ask them to check your size again on monday if they don't take phone orders during the weekend.  also, when i called the first time the person who helped me said that they've been getting a lot of calls about these.
