things that had you shook as a child?

ET

I remember seeing a picture on him on the cover of a magazine and started screaming like a sucka.

My grandmother ripped it up and threw the cover away.

1. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle

Movie TERRIFIED me and this is coming from someone who had no problem watching poltergeist or chucky or any other scary movies. But that **** had me SHOOK. Haven't seen it in years. I refuse to.

2. My mother. She used to tell me I should be scared of only two things, her and God, but God aint never wooped my ***

I never learned...I would always cut the smallest one I could find.

Grandma got me off that quick.

First, shes gonna pop the **** out of you for bringing in a twig, then she gonna go out to the plum tree and come back in with a branch and wear you out.

Unsolved Mysteries.

My Dad when he told me to "Act straight or else..."

My grandma who told me not to run or play rough and I'd come back crying with a scab or cut. She would then spank me and then put this red oinment for cuts which made the pain worse lol.

That episode of Unsolved Mysteries about ghosts and ****.

Still freaks me out.

Also, Salem's Lot.  Still haven't seen a movie with scarier vampires.

[/quote]Id say unsolved mysteries in general. You mean to tell me that this guy sliced a ladies throat in 1988 and is still walking around somewhere? Freaked my 8 year old self out like a decade later

1.Chucky movies. My mom had a life sized doll in the basement. And I would lock my little sisters cabbage patch dolls in the closet if I was home alone. Not even the Barbies were safe, because those MF's came alive in the movie Small Soldiers I used to be SHOOK

2.Michael Jackson thriller transformation scene

3.This was one of the scariest animations I've ever seen, I had nightmares from this movie. It didn't have that happy fun Scooby Doo vibe like the others did. View media item 1975553 View media item 1975557View media item 1975559

My pops used to act like it was the weirdest thing ever.

THIS!!! I remember they had this one episode where a kid hid in a closet and vanished. Someone explained to me what actually happened, but it's still spooky as hell to me.

Man, I didn't learn to appreciate Thriller until 8th grade

I remember turning IT off and never watching the whole thing until I was in middle school, disappointed at being scared. Reminded me of the episode of Doug when he kept covering his eyes during that monster movie
