Nas' HSTRY line collabs with the new Ghostbusters flick. vol: guess who won?

I don't know champ, seeing a multi-platinum rapper reduced to dressing up in costumes and becoming the last hired first to be fired pitch man for a liquor company that he once vowed he would never help advertise for is rather disappointing to me.

Disappointing, but also a life lesson for myself and hopefully others of what not to do and what not to become later on in life. At this stage in his career Nas should literally be sitting back feet kicked up and watching the residuals and checks roll in the door instead of getting up in the morning and punching the clock. Just a lesson learned on what could have been.

If Nas has a sad life, I don't want to live.

Its an L for my boy has cause he rapped about how he would never do stuff like this

There it is. When your back is up against the wall and the IRS is knocking at your door threatening to take everything from you these are the things you resort to unfortunately. I like Nas for his music by the way, but he definitely taught me what not to do and how not to live.

What do you mean exactly?

Yikes.....they got Nas looking like a Washington Heights exterminator out here. This is exactly why I tell dudes nowadays to think about your financial future and to have things in order for later on in life. That way when you get older you can actually enjoy retirement and won't have to work 2nd hand jobs and won't be used in commercials or bottom budget re-make movies.

A lesson Nas didn't learn and is suffering from the consequences of that lack of forward thinking this very day. A grown man at his age being FORCED to work just to make ends meet.......quite sad.
You're not telling anybody with money this. Most of the dudes you give advice would probably kill to be doing commercials "in retirement".

Also  @ Nas looks like an exterminator. Have you seen Ghostbusters b?

Dont follow your dreams and do what you want well enough that you make millions of dollars over your career and are considered a living legend in your field

It's not about how much money you make...

It's about how much money you keep....

word the the bankruptcy percentage of professional ball players...

word to one of the most "uncommercial" hiphop legends dressing up in a ghostbusters costume for a promotion in 2016..

He wont be remembered for how rich he is or isn't. So it really isnt about money at all.

By that I mean to NOT get a house I can't afford and have it taken away from by foreclosure, thus ruining my credit, like Nas. Make sure I have a prenup for when I get married to cover my financial bases so I won't get taken to the cleaners, like Nas. To make sure I never under any circumstances ever get a tattoo of a girlfriend or wife on me, thus making less of a man, like Nas. To make sure my financial future is set up properly so I won't HAVE to work when I should be enjoying retirement, like Nas. These are the life lessons I learned from the failures and mistakes of an individual, like Nas. I hope this has answered your question champ.

I had to do a double take at the picture champ. I thought Nas was opening up a rodent and pest control company, headquartered in Washington Heights.......for faster service of course. Type of dude with a costume that you see during those late night infomercials.

Back taxes owed to the IRS and a big monthly payment towards alimony and child support. That's what I call a reason to stay up at night.
