Yikes.....they got Nas looking like a Washington Heights exterminator out here. This is exactly why I tell dudes nowadays to think about your financial future and to have things in order for later on in life. That way when you get older you can actually enjoy retirement and won't have to work 2nd hand jobs and won't be used in commercials or bottom budget re-make movies.

A lesson Nas didn't learn and is suffering from the consequences of that lack of forward thinking this very day. A grown man at his age being FORCED to work just to make ends meet.......quite sad.
 
back in 7th grade, i heard a little snippet of it aint hard to tell watching mtv's 22 greatest mc's and it just caught my ear like :x ....took me forever to figure what song it was and it led me to illmatic and mind was blown.......didnt even know it was considered the greatest :lol:

You talking like dude is 80 yrs old out here buffing tables or something lol. He's 42 and doing well for himself business wise, he dont need to be Jay-Z to be considered successful.

I don't know champ, seeing a multi-platinum rapper reduced to dressing up in costumes and becoming the last hired first to be fired pitch man for a liquor company that he once vowed he would never help advertise for is rather disappointing to me.

Disappointing, but also a life lesson for myself and hopefully others of what not to do and what not to become later on in life. At this stage in his career Nas should literally be sitting back feet kicked up and watching the residuals and checks roll in the door instead of getting up in the morning and punching the clock. Just a lesson learned on what could have been.
