make sure seller has 100% feedback and ask for detailed pictures of what you think may look fishy on the shoes

they look okay to me for the most part. what I'm getting hung up on is the shot from the rear, looks like two completely different shoes. left is all creased up and the right isn't. the back tabs are different, left shoe is wide/stumpy and the right is not as wide and taller. I don't have a pair so it may be a common thing.
