Then only year for identifier after that. Not sure why they resumed the Roman numerals for identification? The line should've been passed down by now to someone else.

The number identifier is something Nike does with nearly every model. Pegasus 33, Lebron 13, etc.

The only model I can think of from the top of my head tha differs is the Air Max line. Went from Air Max 1 to 90 and now we're at 2016

I don't know what these are but I do like them! Wish they were the XXX1. Maybe the XXX2? Also, that pattern looks similar to the original pattern that was supposed to be on the XXX. Definitely a basketball shoe though. Interesting to say the least!

Nice to know when we'll get to actually see the XXX1. Can't wait until the 5th and 6th!

I liked the foamposite lite, those were awful though

I ended up buying 3 or 4 pair. I haven't worn them in a minute.

The foam lites booty would slide down my achilles and end up in a pile under my heel within a block of casual walking.

For being " lite " it was far more cumbersome than the fp 1 2 and 3.

Then I tried changing insoles to maybe adjust the fit only to find a bizarre plastic ridge used to lock in the insole directly under my arch.

I think the first XX8 colorway sold very well if remember correctly.

Those black/volt XX8 were fire and yes they did sell well but their production numbers were not that large. The black/team orange XX9 also did very good
