The Official Jordan XXXI Thread

Wow... that video made me dislike them even more. There's no cohesiveness to the design and it looks thrown together. The white in the front is wack and there's too much white on the bottom. The black in-between doesn't work either. I can't imagine the while laces doing anything for it.

I am trying to like them. I could eat my own words after but I'll have to see them in person. Should be easy 'cause with other releases around these will sit for sure. A proper Black Toe could have been the best colorway yet. What a missed opportunity.

Actually, I'm officially calling these the White Toe now.

Hey guys for those of you that have the fine print and actually we're them does that white toe get dirty easily? Thinking about getting the Chicago's but I'm worried about that tow getting destroyed

Reread before posting. Good gosh on spelling.

No problem!

Got both of my discounted SBBs in the mail from the D!ck's Sporting Goods sale today. Promptly will be returning them this weekend in place of the original pair I picked up on release day, and the pair I ordered from FootLocker.com that was shipped to Mache for my UNDFTD customs. $60 saved overall between the two pairs. Thanks again to whoever posted that deal.

Some pictures of the Chicago with white laces:

I think they do look more unique with the white laces but it doesn't make the shoe any nicer. I'd wear them for sure but to pay retail? Huh. Anyone who likes white laces on the Banned should grab a pair, as they'll surely have the red/black tips that match that shoe.

Question: Where does Nike gets these small restocks from? Do they reinspect returned shoes and sell them as new? Just wondering.
Got my Fine Print in Thursday from the small Nike restock. Brand spanking new, no problem. Very happy to get a pair without a defect so I can finally wear them outside.

via sole collector, apparently coming on the 29th

I'm not a fan of all gray shoes, but if they black this out it might be my first 31.
