initial line sheet i had seen for these said red. however they are indeed max orange, and the nickname i was told is "black toe"

Then why troll here? the 31s are great basketball shoes and i think they are the best looking Air Jordans since the 23s.

Def not trolling. Like the shoe. Just too many colorways coming out. I prefer how it was back in the day. Release 5 or 6 nice colorways ( like the XXX ) and move on. I'm still looking forward to the Royal pair.

I've taken the shattered backboard to 3 different courts (2 wood, 1 multipurpose at a rec center and had no problems). But read about all the issues on traction and the review videos etc. There are a few others that look good, but have clear bottoms, might be out on this model.

I go to a pretty decent gym, and I will admit, compared to the other shoes I play in (D LIllard 2, Jordan XXX) the traction is quite slippery.

Just get the premium version of the sneakers. They have a solid sole.
