The black toes do look red in person. The shade of red they used, is a little brighter then the red on the banned 31. It's almost like a fire engine red.

Just got my pair in hand today. The "max orange" color is definitely the flywire lacing, aglets and the cushion pods on the inside. The midsole is red.

Personally it looks like JB originally had another plan for the BT release. First of all it didn't come out on Nov.5 with the AJ1 BT. That shoe came out with the XXX1 Chicago. The max orange color on that shoe didn't make sense to be associated with the black toe aka Chicago Bulls theme. I bet they were going with max orange to begin with then maybe switched and painted the bottom red repackaged it as a BT XXX1. Perhaps...

Kinda like what they pulled by calling the 31's released on Cyber monday Black Cats then turn around and announce an upcoming Black Cat release.

Those look nice! The white Hornets PE has black laces and that's what this reminds me of.

How many colorways does everyone have here?  I have 4 - Banned, Fine Print, Shattered Backboard and Space Jam.  I wouldn't have bought the last two if they didn't show up as clearance items on Nike.  I am done...until the lows come out.

I got the banneds,shattered backboards and space jams. The only thing holding me back from picking up say Chicago's or n7s or these new black toes is the white material. You guys out there that have them or they hard to keep clean? I'm guessing once they're dirty that's a wrap right?

Spacejams and Fine Prints. Love both. Like the white based colorways but hate the fade to black on the toes. I find myself only liking PE's with toes that fade to white.

Only have the SJs (so far) but I'd be happy if I could get the Banneds and Fine Prints at a decent price.

I have two colorways right now, Fine Prints and Space Jams.

Next colorway on my radar is the black/anthracite dropping in March.

Does the 11 include the customs instead of the SBBs, or would that make it 12? 
 

As for me, I only have SBBs, Fine Print, and Space Jam. Want the Banned ones, but refuse to pay retail. Hopefully I don't regret it.
