Hi sorry if this is in the wrong section, it's my first time here.
I'm looking into getting a pair of these runners to replace my current 2015 5.0s. However I haven't been able to find any comparisons between this shoe and the older model. I run on avg 3 miles a day and the 2015 model has been great thus far. 2016 RN has a new triangular outer sole that I was told was "more flexible" but it doesn't look like it due to the shape... RN distance looks more appealing but how is the inner sole? Reviews say it is softer than 2015 Frees. Any input would be great, thanks.
