Team wouldn't be in the playoffs in the first place with a mediocre coach. Also Bud is a great coach too.

I'd say coaching is a big reason why Chicago and Washington missed the playoffs, and teams like Charlotte, Boston, Indiana, and Detroit made it.

comparing parenting to coaching .lol don't care if I'm in the minority nobody has made a great argument that coaching is not overrated. Yet spoelstra has two rings and Kerr wins a ring as a rookie coach. .. Only argument I need.

Seemed fine last year. You don't trade a player in his prime and best at his position. Would never get equal value. Talent wants to play with talent. Not nice guys.
