Why are you coming at him like that, though?  By all accounts, he is a pretty good coach.
average at best. Sorry I don't just buy into what everyone Says and repeat it.

Why does it have to be absolutes? Why can't it be both?

Mark Jackson was relaxed by Kerr, and by all the players accounts changed them for the better. They win the title and have the best regular season the next year.

Phil Jackson might not look like he did much on the court, but managing multiple superstar personalities is not an easy task. He has 11 titles.

Spolestra got lebron his only two rings. He made lebron go to the post, play defense, and helped him put up efficiency numbers rarely seen (until steph came along).

Pop, who is considered on of the best has won many championships, but he has also come up with some bonehead decisions that cost his series and championships.

Westbrook and durant make whoever their coach is look like a complete moron, whether the coach is or not since all they do is iso ball in the 4th.

There are good coaches and bad, and they need to work well with the players to help the players get to where they need to go. Doc rivers and Stevens draw up excellent inbounding plays, but the players still have to execute them and make the bucket. It's a hell of a lot easier to score on their inbounds plays then it would be on billy Donovan's.

good post. Repped.

i dont care if im in the minority and no one else agree. never said coaching is irrelevant , im exaggerating when i said that comment how you could lead them to a chip but coaching is very overrated. players win , not coaches. okc problem was the coaching. replaced the coach with bill d same results. houstons problem was coaching. replaced the coach , they end up worse then last year. coaching is very overrated, not irrelevant but overrated. if nobody can see that , thats okay. yall can be sheep on that subject . im not.

Austin gonna lead us to the Finals. CP3 comes back game 7, Doc gives him a DNP-CD, Austin earns his first Finals MVP.

Should Houston trade Harden?
Yes. They should rebuild. Harden is better suited elsewhere and no other ball dominant guard will want to play with Harden considering his lazy *** doesn't play defense and he likes to control the ball 90% of the time.

Dwight will be going to Dallas or Charlotte.
