And how does it affect your day to day performance?

What do you take to supplement your lack of sleep?

:nerd:

Sometimes 4-6, sometimes 6-8. I don't want to sleep past 8 hours.

I dunno about the quality of my sleep though. I should really go to a sleep analysis center and get treatment for my sleep apnea. I've been a terribly bad snorer since I was a kid and it's probably took time off my life.

I take 2 tabs of Zopiclone 7,5mg and 30mg of Mirtazapine to sleep.

As of late 6-7 hrs, sometimes less, sometimes a bit more. I'm maintaining weirder and weirder hrs as of late.

Need to get my biological time clock right.

seriously?

8 hours is the magic number for me and easy to achieve cause i force myself to workout after work and im usually dead tired after that.

no time or energy for much else.

sometimes i get distracted and want to stay up so it's usually 6-8 hours.

sleep is essential. i didn't use to make time for sleep but now im getting older i realize how important it is.

Yeah I sleep for around 8 hours a day. I've been prescribed sleeping medication since I was 19. I've always been a horrible sleeper, even as a baby, but eventually it became so bad I couldn't function during the day. I couldn't concentrate, started getting gaps in my memory, ... One time I left for class on my bicycle and the next thing I know I'm in a ditch a few miles further. I tried all sorts of natural sleep aids but nothing worked so after another incident (accidentally cycled straight into someone at a red light) I was prescribed sleeping medication.
Haven't had any issues since. Once I'm asleep I can get a full uninterrupted sleep but the problem was it took me 5-6 hours to fall asleep. It takes quite a few sleeping pills to knock me to sleep but I get a full 8 hours now and wake up feeling fresh each morning :pimp:

Usually about 5-6 hrs sometimes a little less but then ill catch up on the weekend. If im tired throughout the day ill eat some fruits and ill be ok.

I have a semi addictive personality so i stay away from coffee or caffeine pills or any of that stuff.

i did not realize so many people take stuff to sleep.  seems odd to me
I've taken melatonin (didn't like it cause it didn't knock me out, I felt tired and basically my desire to get it in with my ex or watch tv allowed me to fight it) and zzzquil (I eventually got used to it and it ended up doing nothing). Either way, was not sleeping the full night. Would always wake up in about 2-3 hour intervals

Are you heavy? Just wanted to know if being heavy is primary cause of snoring? I been having some problem with that when I weighted about 70lbs heavier (220lbs) than my optimum BMI(150lbs), I slimmed down to 170lbs and my gf said the snoring calm down a little but I got back up to 190lbs and I notice my snoring again.

Around 10 or so,on Sunday's when sleeping off the weekend hangover usually around 13 hours.

Long distance relationship has me going to bed at 1-2 am and waking up at 6:30 for work. I nap as much as I can during my days off and when I don't have school, I'll head straight home from work to catch some Zzz's

College was bad: only got around 2-4 hours.

Now it's 5-6 working full-time.
man my sleep pattern in college was a mess. I stayed up all night, and usually only slept a few hows during the day time.

I feel you, fam.

I was interning at 2 different places, working a side job for $, and going to class. Repeat that for 4 years; I slept through most Saturdays.
