You know I breathe with whatever pace I'm going through at that moment. But relaxed easy breaths. I don't force it, I listen to my body. Sometimes I need more breathing sometimes less. But breathing enables everything.
Did yoga when I was in India at some dope spiritual place called an ashram but I was on fat burners the whole time so the yoga wasnt really working for me lmao
Recommend you dont drink caffeine or stimulants before you do either
