I woulda drank it. I mean I work room service and a few times I ate left over food if it look like they didn't touch it. Just finger food though.

I drank more than half, dumped out the rest, then realized I hustled backwards.
I knew it. The same thing happened to me when I was in NY last month. We returned to the store with the empty, sealed bottle they gave a refund.

I'm taking the L. If the store was walking distance and not 20 minutes worth to get to, maybe I'd go back. But how can you really prove it?
