Innocent man sent to prison for 4 years befreinds crooked cop who had him hemmed up

I hope it's the long con. They become best friends and the white cop is in the hospital for a heart attack when they are both around 80 years old. Cop is unconscious for days but the black guy is by his side he whole time. As soon as the cop wakes up, black guy whispers to him "I remember" then silently smothers the cop with the pillow. Cop dies, black guy eats his jello and walks out whistling.

I could see this happening.

That really sucks. Hope he get some proper compensation from the justice.
He basically lost his job and received a bad reputation.

-Some of the comments in here are ridiculous.. (It is NT though)
-You gotta have the best heart on the planet to forgive someone who basically killed you by taking away 4 years of your life.
-One thing is forgiveness, one thing is trust... and I def. wouldn't trust anyone after that.
-I truly don't know how I would handle this situation but to friend the person, def. not (surprise they even work together as it creates conflict of interest).

Learn from what? Some dudes are just minding their business and cops come do that dirty ****.

Couldn't finish watching.

Dude was stealing money from people and embezzling money from the city

Mr. Collins said after he was caught, he worked with FBI investigators to clear people who had been wrongly convicted. Also convicted was his supervisor, Bernard Hall. The Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office ended up dismissing about 50 cases Mr. Collins and Mr. Hall had worked on.

Exactly and only served 18 months.

White america at its best.

What was he supposed to learn from being falsely convicted by a crooked cop and system?

Bruh did you really watch or you just jumped in the thread.

Learn from your experiences. Learn who to stay the **** away from. Learn how the system works. Learn what it takes to survive, exist, and adapt. WTF you think I meant? Learn how forgive and then sing kumbaya with everyone who does you dirty? You can forgive someone and still not F with them. At least in my world.

Dewey Bozella did 27 years in Sing-Sing as an innocent man and forgave. I've worked with parents of kids who have been murdered that forgave the murderer.

I'm sure buddy was ok with just the apology once that wrongful arrest suit went through and my mans got his check
This is the only way I can see that this would be logical. Came in ready to call him a tap dancing, bojangling **** *** *****, but then thought about it some more.

Bruh got broke off with a cool little check and said that cutting his losses and not getting in anymore trouble was the best decision.

I don't know why this dude is friends with him though. Hopefully he's getting paid  for speaking with dude and this idea of them being friends is a gimmick to sell that.

If the story is as presented in the video with no further details, then this fool is a tap dancing, bojangling **** *** *****.

Cop is just parading him around now, just like he would back then. Circumstances change but not the mentality.

I wonder if we look up all the victims this cop wrongfully sent to jail, if we would see a trend. Hmmmm, I wonder

I have a feeling he didn't get any money or at least anything significant.

There were "about 50" other cases that got dismissed according to the Washington Times...seems like a class action suit would have happened. There is very little coverage from what I saw so idk.

The more I look the more sketchy this whole thing seems.

The officer's supervisor only got 30 months...which somehow was the max

Bernard Hall, Jr., age 33, of Benton Harbor, Michigan, was sentenced to 30 months’ imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release,

He just setting that cop up ...wouldn't be surprised to hear the cop mysteriously found dead somewhere

You'd be surprised at the lack of vindication falsely imprisoned people have towards the system. I feel they genuinely have to forgive all of those involved otherwise they would become insane. Rationalization is one of human's greatest strengths.
