1st boss was

Needed to summon someone already.

In for tips. I was pretty trash on DS1 and 2. This one has been much easier so far or maybe I'm just playing it properly now.

In for sorcerer tips. This is my first DS and was expecting a bit of challenge but mostly fun exploration. I was wrong.

I'm at the bonfire right after Firelink but dead *** scared to progress. Keep getting washed

I also killed that naked samurai dude after lots of cheesing but I'm a sorcerer so his sword is useless to me

Dude kept murking me off, so I just kited him to the edge of the cliff and sent him off.

Sorcerer plus fire weapon = god mode, hopefully you picked the fire gem as your burial gift.

If not, I'd just start over because you're right in the beginning of the game anyway.

That Katana is actually really good for Sorcerers, it's what I'm using now.

You just have to put some points into Strength/Dex, which isn't a big deal because you're gonna have to put points into Strength anyway to use a decent shield.

Also, you can 2 hand the Staff if you hit triangle and then buff it w/ L2 which makes it a bit stronger.

I killed the first 2 bosses in about 7 hits doing that,

Didn't take the Fire Gem, got the Life Ring. Didn't do my research on the burial gifts

Like I said I'm at the Bonfire right after Firelink meaning not that deep in the game, but I still feel like I did a whole lot of ****, died a whole lot of times, killed way too many enemies to start over.

LOL haven't played since Saturday actually. Too shook

Probably like half way through the game,

Still at the first high wall of lothric bonfire lmfao

Was too shook to proceed so I summoned some dude...a knight

Wish I could get in touch with that dude and thank him because son just ran around murking everything with me following behind and casting spells in the cut like a punk, son netted me like 5k souls easily...then I ran out of Estus :x

A got damn dragon descended down and rained hellfire on our *****, I'm at like a tiny bit of health...i follow knightbro down a ladder to an area full of dead knights....a fat gigantic mother ****** in armor and a big *** weapon proceeds to roll up and start swinging....

I dip, abandoned knightbro and went back up the ladder, knightbro tried to follow but fat dude followed us, knocked him off the ladder and that was the last I saw of knightbro

So I'm by myself and completely lost because I was following knightbro...no idea where the next bonfire is or how to get back to the previous one....meanwhile every step I take this dragon is breathing fire on EVERYTHING...I'm so scared I'm gonna lose all these souls but by the grace of god I make it through the fire with damn near no health and get to the next bonfire....

But I dont count this as progress because I was following knightbro the whole time rip knightbro

Big *** tree killed me like 14 times and I decided I needed a break until the weekend.

Finally beat Dark Souls 3.

I lost 2 million+ souls because the Symbol of Avarice drains your health even when resting at a bonfire

I just killed Pontiff, I feel lame for summoning, I could have got him myself but always get too aggressive during the second half of the fight. I'll probably double back and take out the boss at the bottom of Irithyll dungeon then keep progressing. I feel like a fool, half way through the game and just now figuring out how to cast a spell on my sword. After this is over, I'm going to finish bloodborne.

What's the purpose of hoarding that many souls, what level would you have to be at to need 2mil souls to level up.

I stopped leveling at 115 for PvP and souls aren't as important in NG+

Those Proofs of Concord Kept needed for the Darkmoon miracle and Namelesss King NG++ were the biggest hurdles
