Fake Pegasus 32 on Amazon

Hello friends, I'm new here so hope I'll be posting in the right section!

I just purchased a pair of Pegasus 32 from Amazon in France. Shoes were shipped directly by amazon and not from a 3rd party marketplace store. Although arrived in great shape, looking perfectly good and authentic, I wore them just two times at the gym and for very light exercise session and started to feel pain on both feet. The pain lasted several days and I had to visit a specialist to check what's wrong, apparently the shoes have a very stiff and hard insole (underneath the hygiene sole) . 

So I am wondering if these Nike are genuine and if it would be possible that Amazon can ignore the fact that they actually sell counterfeit Nikes (although perfectly copied) or if it's just a manufacturing error? 

Amazon will take the shoes back and reimburse the amount but I find it weird and would like to find out as I buy a lot of Nike online and don't feel very confident doing it  now after this.

Not all Nike shoes are comfortable...

Maybe you need a different shoe for your feet.

Maybe you have bad feet?

Thanks for all your replies, i tried to run with my old pegasus 30 and everything was fine. Insole is really hard, strange engineering for running shoes, looks cheaper than previous versions!!!
