Its more like a slower calm wakeup

But i see wat u mean tho lol

So flatten the chicken breast and squeeze the moisture out? sounds silly. If you're really hacking it, buy the bone in chicken breast which is cheaper and a fuller, thicker size.

Recently it's Better eating habits ...been losing weight/feeling better , if I decide to work out too then it really ain't gon be no bishes left :pimp:

Calling to cancel my cable.

The woman on the phone basically asked me to set my own price. She gave me the basic package but kept on my most watched premium channels.

I'm gonna have to try the lights off in the shower.

I beat my meat before cooking in the oven also, when I can remember.

Drinking a lot of water is a MUST. All I drink besides alcohol and tea.

I've been ending my showers in freezing cold water for the past year or so and it's been life changing.

I started taking bubbles bath while :pimp: and meditating once or twice a week after work for a while this past winter. Still do it a couple times a month but not as much as I used to since it's getting hot out. It's extremely relaxing.

I use Johnson & Johnson Head-to-Toe baby wash as soap. It happened accidentally but I really liked it. Keeps my skin soft and irritant free. Whenever someone showers at my place and I tell them that's the only soap I have and just use it they go and buy a bottle the next day. Trust me y'all.

Quit coffee and drink tea instead. Not that I was a heavy coffee drinker, but I drank probably a cup a day for five years then just stopped. I drink tea now but not every day. Feel a lot better.

Learned to cook well. I can make better food than I'd order in a restaurant for a fraction of the price and girls fall in love with me instantly.

Getting rid of cable.
Selling off my sneakers.
Buying Stock ( I would of had $$$$)

that hennessy is a foul man.

would never eat anything he cooked after reading the prep process. :x

probably doesnt even use a napkin to wipe up :smh:

- Learn to study better. I took school so lightly and because of that, I went to a pretty unaccredited college and still had a hard time. It's effected me to this day because even my work requires some extra schooling here and there. I literally think life would have been easier if I just learned to study harder.

- Not spend money on material things in the past. This is NT so I know this is impossible but I did throw a lot of money down the drain on things that didn't do anything for me.

- Work out earlier. I could have looked way better in my 20s. Working out in your 30s is really just not trying to be fat.

- Travel. My 2nd biggest regret.

- Not had a serious relationship in my 20's. This is my 1st. I should have dated and not dedicated myself to one girl so early. It was inevitable that we would have broken it off and I was in my late 20's being single and it was just different than being single at 21. So much extra baggage and expectations with girls at that age.

- Taking school seriously. Switched my major last fall, and looking at at least a 3.3 this semester (6 classes). Graphic design is what I love, spent 2 years in computer science not knowing a Damm thing and becoming depressed.
- Stopped chasing the P, worked on myself and confidence, and a great woman fell into my lap.
- Now if I could get a vice grip on working out and eating healthy. I'm getting there though. Can't be #PudgyBoyz forever.
