Air Jordan 4 Tour Yellow, should I cop?

So here is the thing: I'm going to cop these AJ4 Tour Yellow, but since the model has been released 2006, I am quite worried that the pair won't last with me too long (due to its age). Plus, the current owner has done a (pretty approximate) repaint job on the midsoles.

However, I have the chance to get them for $165, thus I'm quite tempted.

I'd like to know whether they are worth the purchase or not; I (truly) need your opinions.

Thank you in advance!!

P.S: A legit check would be very welcomed as a bonus.

Hells no. The quality is decent. Only decent. One of the most uncomfortable J's I've ever put on. If I didn't see it through the window I wouldn't think there was an air unit. Also, bad cracking and peeling issues. This was my experience anyway. Add to that these are 10 years old? No No No

Edit: Man I posted before taking a good look at the pics. These are HIT. Are you crazy?

Double Edit: I just noticed this is your first NT post. Welcome. Don't waste your money on those...

Wooow... Now I'm even more confused tho, because of your two edits that suggest two contradictory thoughts.. :/

Actually, the shoes look better in real life. The upper is very okay; only the midsoles may present a problem in a few months/years, there is an air unit (of course man! come on!! Lol) but it's dirty. The guy said he'll clean it and unyellow the nets when we met yesterday.

Anyway, in case the midsoles crumble, I could still replace them with those of one of my Air Flight 89s, right?

But my main problem is to know whether those are legit. If they are, I'm afraid I won't be able to resist. I'm madly in love with AJ4s!

And yes, this is my first NT post. Thanks man! (Are you still sure I shouldn't waste money on those..?)

Thank you for your advice @lordretrokicks

Please, tell me more about it, if you don't mind. So you think they can still go for another 3-5 years? Or less?

And yes, indeed, they are quite comfortable (not like OGs, but still..). I tried them yesterday and my feet were not complaining at all.

In my opinion I think they should last at least a few more years. I have pairs of Jordan 4s that are much older and still very wearable

Also they are definitely legit
