Whats the worst customer service youve ever experienced? VOL...STORIES

Managers and Owners of shoe stores with Nike Urban Energy Accounts gave the worst customer service anywhere.

These guys think they are stripmall royalty. They don't have any sizes on release date because they've sold them early online, or they are holding them for local hood celebs and athletes.

If they do have sizes left, they try to force you to buy the matching shirt and pay more than retail. I haven't purchased release date shoes in years, but Im sure this still happens.

Went to lids and saw a fitted with a $20 sticker on it.. I went to pay for the hat and it rang up $35 + tax.. I thought they was going to switch the price to $20 but the employee and the store manager refused!!

Stating that the sticker price was just a "suggestion price"

I was like "how the **** does he not have change hes a drug dealer"
F it just get this amount.

Friend comes back and i put out my hand to get it....no bag or nothin...just a loose piece of green.

Terrible customer service

how do people find your IP through video games srs

i got ddos'd after winning a game by some troll on my team that was trying to make me lose

kid was so mad at everything needless to say i was ethering him throughout the whole game
It's very easy actually. Part of why it's so common. To pull players' ip addresses, the game must run on peer to peer hosting. What that means is that one player hosts the game and everyone else connects to him. If the game uses dedicated servers it will not work because you'll only pull the dedicated server's ip. There's several programs to do this, the most common being Cain or Commview.
I used Cain. Basically it's a packet sniffer. It checks in- and outgoing data of your internet. You can configure the program to only scan your console's internet traffic. Once you've configured the program you simply press start and every IP address you connect with will instantly be shown on the program along with how much data they're receiving and sending. From the very moment anyone connects to you their IPs will show up, even in the stage of searching and the game only shows "players found"
These can be used for malicious intent (DDoS'ing) or simply to check who's host. The host will have the most data traffic.
There is also another way to pull ip addresses but it's not a conventional method. If you know someone's skype username you can get their ip address assuming they haven't taken security measures against this. It's called skype resolving. Type in someone's skype username and you have their IP address, done. The IP they last signed into skype with anyway.
DDoS services capable of disabling the average home internet connection can be bought online for as little as $5 a month

If you're in the Midwest or any place with a Steak n' Shake, avoid it like the plague.

ALWAYS have had bad experiences there. Imagine the polar opposite of Chik-Fil-A and that's Steak n' Shake.

Popeyes in Shreveport, LA. Damn near had to fight to get a few napkins. :smh:

Countless other experiences with TimeWarnerCable and TMobile. Truthfully don't sweat it, I worked in a call center (part time) when I was 18-19. The level of micro-management is frustrating and depressing. Its a horrible job.

The :pimp: man was popping pills and would fall asleep by the time I got there

I didn't wait long to leave but I turned around when he hit up, told his *** to stay up . He Fell asleep again. :smh:

Found a back up a few days later.

This pizza joint I go to this cashier will wait till you say thank you and say it the same time that you do after she hands you whatever you ordered. My homie thought it was bs but I took him up there to show him what I was talkn about. So now that I peeped what she does I don't say it to see what she does

They make damn good pizza though. :pimp:

Restaurant stories like this is the reason why I tip 20%+ to extra nice and attentive waiters/waitresses, they deserve it. I am a ****** tipper when it comes to bad service and people like to look at me as being cheap. I pay for what I get.

I had a bad experience once at a local spot. Chick forgot to put our order in and when she finally put it in it was all wrong. After getting that BS worked out she kept walking by giving dirty looks so I left her a $1 tip. I usually tip well but this ***** was lucky I left her anything. I guess she wasn't having it so she changes the $1 to $10. I noticed it a couple days later and called to see WTF they were trying to do. The manager offered me credit like I was gonna come back, got my $10 cash and never been back since

Jeddah International Airport (Saudi Arabia)

So I'm visiting my dad and it's time for me to head back to America. While we are driving to the airport (2 hours from where he worked) we notice some of the street lights are off. As we get closer we notice the lights in the airport are off as well. At the security checkpoint the guard said they were experiencing some trouble, but flights were still departing as usual. So after saying goodbye I went to get my luggage checked. They were checking them in via laptop since the machines were off, and it was incredibly slow. I understood that and went to wait at the gate. They announced a 1 hour delay. I was like whatever, that's not that bad. After an hour we were told it would be another hour. This was a German airline I was flying on and there were several angry Englishman and Germans complaining at the gate. Then came another hour delay announcement. At this point the crowd began asking the guy at the gate desk what was the deal and he refused to acknowledge any of it. About 2.5 hrs after the scheduled flight time we get an announcement that the flight was canceled and would not be flying to Frankfurt until the next day. They didn't offer us a hotel, food voucher, blankets anything. Essentially told us tough **** and come back tomorrow. It was around midnight and I couldn't call my pops to come pick me up, he was asleep and I didn't feel right having him drive back 2 hrs to get me. So what I ended up sleeping on the floor in one of the prayer areas until the next morning and showering in an airport bathroom (which was nasty). When we got to Frankfurt they said they would be refunding their rewards members a certain number of miles. I was like what about the rest of us, and she in very polite terms told me we were **** out of luck.

Me and my mans walked into this liquor store one time, dude behind the counter straight up told us to turn around and walk back out  :smh:

Easily it was Eatonville in DC. Here's the story,

So my mother and I decided to check this place out last night. We were intrigued by the idea of soul food fusion. So we go in and the hostess walks us to our seat, no friendly banter or anything. Not even an enjoy your meal when we got to the table. My mother remarked "she's talkative."

Once seated we looked over the menu and waited for our waiter, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes...A group of 8 came in after us and they were helped almost immediately. So eventually my mother has to go up to a random waitress to inquire as to why we had not yet been helped. 5 more minutes pass. Finally, a waitress comes up, she says she noticed us waiting and decides to step in. We were not in her section. We place our orders. She never introduced herself so I can't put her name in my review. I got the fried chicken with mac and cheese, biscuit, and the jalapeño grits. My mother ordered the Cajun vegan "chicken". For drinks, I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and water, my mother ordered a water and their signature cocktail, the Tequila Mockingbird.

In about ten minutes the drinks come, two waters and a sweet ice tea. I told the waitress I ordered unsweetened, she apologized and said she'd fix it. My mother also reminded her about the Tequila Mockingbird. She comes back with the unsweetened ice tea and places it in front of my mother. I have to bring it to my side, and still no Tequila Mockingbird. So we wait, and wait, and wait. About 20 minutes go by. Eventually, my mother starts to wonder if our waitress even put in our drink order so she asks me to just order it from the bar. I go over and ask the gentleman for the drink. He asks me "what's that?" The drink ingredients were literally written on the chalkboard behind the bar with the drink name. My mother overheard the conversation and had me change her order to a regular margarita, for fear they would mess up the Tequila Mockingbird.

So finally we have all our drinks, but no food. At this point it's been about 35 minutes since we ordered our 5. The table next us that came after had already gotten their appetizers. But we're patient so we waited a bit longer. And then the most inexplicable thing happened. The waitress came back and asked if we had been helped. Yes, the same waitress that took our orders and brought us our drinks asked if we had been helped. It was incredible. So we reminded her of the conversation we had when we ordered. She had made some recommendations. She then tells us that she forgot to put the order in, but she would now and put a rush on it. At this point I got up and said we were leaving. It was ridiculous.

The waitress continued to apologize and tried to convince us to stay, but I was not having it. She offered to make my unsweetened ice tea free. I still was not having it. So after a while she apologized again and walked away. My mother and I decided we were going to head across the street to Busboys. However, she still had to finish her margarita so we sat back down. We talked about the terrible service we received and she thought that a manager should definitely be informed. So I found him and he came over and we told him what had happened. Apologies came again. And we told him we were preparing to leave. He told us that he would personally place our orders and ensure that they would be made quickly and one would be free. He also offered a free order of fried green tomatoes, but we declined. But we decided to reorder our original items. And as promised the food came out quickly and the manager served us personally.

This is where thr one star comes from, the food was delicious. Also while eating the table on the other side of us had their food come out and I overheard that the waiter had brought out the wrong item. She had ordered a sandwich and he brought a burger. I just shook my head. Even though the food was good I will NEVER eat here again or recommend it to anyone. The service was just so unbelievably bad. Avoid at all costs.

Colombia and Anti in here talking about DDoS and standbyers.. :smh:

Takes me back to the good days, but the down sides of those days.

Colombia I had the same thing happen to me.

I walked into the LV store browsing the belts cause this RL one wasn't cutting it. I started browsing and this one sales woman came over and axed me if I could eem afford the stuff there (I was wearing just a plain V-neck but it had what looked like a ketchup stain but was really blood from my nose cause it was really hot that day plus my pitts were swamped). I had to tell her I was going to buy something, I just had to find something I liked first. I went to the otherside to look at the sunglasses and she followed me there, being only 1 step behind me. I told her to chill, I can taste her hot breath being so close to me. She acted all appalled at me for calling her out and axed one of the security guards to come over and escort me out. I then told him to stop I was going to buy something.

I picked two of the black LV evidence sunglasses, a graphite damier print belt, a graphite damier print laptop bag and iPad case. Paid it all in cash too to show her what's up and gave her my money. She was all smiling after that though. That really showed her.

That's the only really bad customer service I've had while shopping. First time I went to the Emporio Armani store the employees treated me like royalty. I said it was my first time there and I got a brief history of the brand while I was looking around. Also got a sneak peek at the next season and I hadn't even bought anything. I ended up buying some underwear and plain t-shirts (extremely comfortable btw). Along with my purchase they gave me a large book about the brand history, another about the current season and also a nice home design (inspired by Armani Casa) book. Easily my best customer service experience.

Scumbag retail associates.

High end stores = status symbol/expensive/evokes "wealth" = retail associates tie their image to this = treat their customers like they're below them
