Surprised there wasn't a thread on this already.

Press conference on now.

Crazy thing is, they have NO idea who did it

They don't even know if it was one person of multiple.

I think 4 different locations.

Premeditated and well calculated.

I've never heard of something like this.
(CNN)Eight family members found dead in a rural southern Ohio community were shot in the head "execution style," most while they slept, authorities said Friday.

Investigators discovered seven adults and a 16-year-old dead at four crime scenes, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said. The victims included a mother slain while her 4-day-old child lay beside her, he said.

That child, along with a 6-month-old and a 3-year-old, survived the killings, Reader said.

Residents are grappling with a kind of violence rarely seen in Piketon, a town of about 2,000 residents 90 miles east of Cincinnati, Dewine said.

RIP

Wonder if they were involved with anything illegal for someone to target the whole family like that

I dont know man but something doesn't make sense.

Such a small town yet nobody knows anything?

Its not like it was just one household.

4 different spots in one night?! :wow:

What you mean no one knows anything? How many murders have you heard of that before 24 hours the police are out giving the public all the information they have. You make no sense.

Bruh, I just watched the presser like a hour ago.

No suspects.

No murder weapon.

No motive.

Not sure if it was one person or multiple people.

No leads!

Most murders have a suspect within the first day or so.

Read about it yesyerday, not in depth but basically what happened

Just insane and scary as hell

reminds me of the mcstay family case in san diego. eventually arrested the business partner of the father

They're all related ...this looks personal.

This is why I stay away from small towns.

City life >

This doesn't make sense.
Honestly, that's your problem, not mine.

Historically, massacres or serial killings seem to take place in small towns or suburbs.

And 9/10 it's always someone close to the victims with a grudge.

Only after family members were killed April 22 did the secret come out: There, on the family's property, grew hundreds of illegal marijuana plants, an investment that could have reaped hundreds of thousands of dollars. Christopher and Dana Rhoden and six members of their family were slain in Piketon, a tiny town three hours south of Cleveland. Authorities said the killings were precise and well planned.
