Yeah they both have dull characters

And Finn hasn't even done anything with the demon stuff to make it feel significant

He doesnt call upon the power of Kane or Undertaker, or the brood or anyone for special powers.

Hes does nothing in the ring with it

All least golddust touches himself

At least Stardust screeches like a cat and throws up the star.

I mean....am I missing something from Finn's extras layers??

I guess it's different? Wish he had different entrances like he had in Japan/indys. I mean does Kane have extra layers by having a mask and summoning fire and dragging wrestlers under the ring? :rolleyes

I just don't get what you guys are saying with Finn's demon character..The "character" stops as soon as his entrance is done..It's not like Taker where he has the entrance and then continues the character in the ring..Finn is an entrance and that's it..And that entrance got really boring after seeing it 3-4 times..

He hasn't had a single promo worth mentioning since he's been brought up."..I don't understand this at all..In-ring work is the vast majority of what makes a wrestler interesting..Promo work is about 25% of the overall package..What promo can you say Finn has had that makes him more interesting..His in-ring work is what really hooks the fans, and that's how it should be..

Take Enzo for example..His promos are about 75%+ of what the fans find interesting about him..But once those promos get boring (and they will) then what's left for him?..He'll end up being a jobber or manager..But if, like AJ and Finn, he could actually put on great matches then the mic work isn't that big of a deal..Cause fans know even if either guy can't cut a Flair/Rock/Austin level promo they're still gonna get a show stealing match..And at the end of the day ain't that what we want anyway?..

You're just a Finn fan and that's ok..But to say he's so much more interesting than AJ once the bell rings just doesn't make any sense at all..

I wish he did too. I never watched his matches but i saw his different contumes and assumed with each entrance he had a different layer to unfold. Al la Mick Foley/Mankind/C Jack/ D Love

And to me, the different layer that set Kane apart from most of the roster WAS that he was summoning fire, pulling mogs under the ring and doing weird ****. It was more than just wearing a mask and wig

I'm an Enzo fan too, but pretty much everyone in here agrees that his in-ring skills are way below his mic skills..I honestly would love to see him be the manager of a 3-4 man stable..Big Cass being the main guy and have a tag team in there too..Let Enzo be the mouth piece/ring side distraction guy and let the whole group cook..
 
I don't know why they never went with Jason Stathan/Transporter thing with Cesaro early on, just a straight ***-kicking tough guy, cause that's what he is anyway. But I guess the Transporter franchise is too recent, as Vince is just now catching up with 90's movies. The Bond thing is somewhat holy, but Cesaro is so good in the ring that it works.
