HR process

So I recently applied at Nike, I got the job and last Saturday I went to sign papers with them, the manager said that it should have been viewed by HR this last Monday but they didn't not call me. I called today and the manager said that HR hasn't got back to him. So my question is how long would it take to HR to get back to Nike and for them to call me for my first day ? Thanx
