Do You Iron Your Clothes Every Day?

Just got back from dinner with my co-workers and we were discussing morning routines.

So I explained that I iron my clothes after I take a shower and you would have thought somebody died.

They found it amazing that I ironed everyday, they claimed they didn't iron ever. Some of them just hang their stuff up, some use the shower steam.

Then one dude asked me, "Like do you iron jeans and T-shirts" - I said uhm, yea?????? He couldn't believe it

So I am wondering if this is a #CUlturalDifferences thing because I was the only black person in the group.

I assumed everyone irons everyday

I only iron things that require it.

If I hang up my nicer t-shirts or polos after I wash them, odds are they won't need to be ironed. I sometimes buy the Downy wrinkle release spray and that'll do the trick for minor wrinkles.

I don't iron jeans so no help there. The only time I regularly iron things are dress shirts and pants.

Unless my clothes stay in the dryer too long, they usually don't end up wrinkled. Most new dryers have a "no wrinkle" option, too.

Only thing I iron is my dress shirts after I wash em. Don't wear jeans, don't iron t-shirts.

You doing too much OP.

Quick press in the drying machine, but I attend work in t shirt and jeans

Yes. And I have a press iron so it's much faster and more efficient than hand irons. I'll never go back

Aren't these lots of $$$$?

Id love one but am probably not make enough to justify to make purchase
$150 to $250 bro. Amazon product ASIN B000WOG7NI Get the black one with the digital lcd for like $250 though. They last about 10 yrs or so before the heating element stops getting hot. Once you make that switch and see how crispy you can get and much faster, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. I even take it with me when I travel the rarity I do travel by car. Well, I used to when I had a Grand Prix (trunk space).
