Are Jordan 1 mid black-black-dark greys legit or fake?

I bought a pair off eBay last night not thinking.I looked on the Nike Jordan listings and could not find them. After an hour the only way I could cancel the order and get a refund was by talking to the seller, tried that, the jerk ignored me and shipped the shoes even though I asked twice. In the reviews some people claim that the guy sells fake shoes and gets all defensive when you question his products. Here are screenshots of the shoes and price.
