I stopped looking at pron when I'm on long streaks. It makes me savage as hell. I'd be in restaurants posture all stiff shoulders tense and I'll keep looking into the eyes of women out the corner of my eye, can't even help it. Anxious chaotic energy [emoji]128553[/emoji]

I'd rather live with the clean energy. Don't look at anything but real life. Your mind must be pure to experience true nofap bliss imo.

If I need to look at a pretty face I'll YouTube or google image search a pretty girl. Shut the laptop and go to sleep.

Pro tip: to get thru tough times just think your junk don't work. Doesn't exist , you can't fap cuz u got an imaginary std etc


Basically what I'm doing. Cutting out all pron completely not looking at that ish anymore.

My boys down under felt like sandbags on Saturday so I took a nap. Woke up and I was good.

Morning wood is back and I'm developing a no bs tolerance .

As stated before, first two weeks are the hardest.

Especially when you're not getting consistent yambs.

Those two weeks, you go through withdrawal. For me, my confidence / testosterone always feels low or diminished.

A burst of energy / chang in outlook steps in around 12 - 17 days.

If you can make it through the first 14 days, you're golden for a very long time. It gets way easier after that.
 
I'm for real for real this time man. Was back on like day 3 then I had a disaster of a date the other night, drop shorty off came home & had to let it out :smh: Deleting all the goods off my phone effective today & back in it. Yeah i'm on day 7 today and tbh I haven't had any problems so far bc I have kept myself busy doing other stuff. This morning I had a slight urge but I had to nip that in the bud real quick bc I don't wanna mess up this time. In this for the long haul I wanna quit watching that stuff completely. I wanna get to the point where I can look at a girl in person or in a mag or whatever and be turned on like a mofo :lol:
 
Not even gonna front I been slapping myself silly but with a day between each. :nerd: I'm working on being more productive so I will spend less time being bored and letting my mind wander off.

I wonder if you went in like... 1 a month, how unhealthy would that be compared to once a day or once a week.
 
Day 8. Definitely gonna need the extra energy cuz of the fall season. No sun out , aint getting my usual dose of vitamin d.
 
How y'all do this? I gotta at least get one in a day. I try to keep busy but I can't. I go to work, come home and go for a run, shower, then go out to eat or watch TV. Daily routine. But somehow still find myself, feeling myself. I'll admit that when I go a couple days without it I feel and look incredible down there.
