Uses 6 billion on earth numbers to sensationalize something going on in Target bathrooms in the US.
I'm sure the millions (billions?) of people living in poverty around the world are really rejoicing about this trans victory.

Let's not help any minority at all in this case.
First off if you were born in the 80's you classify as a millennial.

As many of you have said, trans people been using the bathroom for years and none of us have been wise to it. Why do we need to put a microscope on it?
So on one hand, we want to live our lives and peace and be left alone to do our thing but I also want to put a huge microscope on the issue of pissing in a public bathroom.
In a long list of issues where any minority group wants to fight for their rights, Target bathrooms should be nowhere near the top of the list.
You guys could fall for the okie doke though.

How is this automatically a bad thing? Any notion a corporation does is somehow negative. Like God forbid people actually aren't narrow minded like all of y'all and actually ******* care about people. Gee maybe this isn't just a PR move.

A better comparison would be, registering someone as a sex offender ain't stopping them from being a deviant perv.
The point isn't to stop them as much as it is to limit their access.

Very true. Bloody tampons clogging up toilets and all in the trash smh. I had to clean the bathrooms on my old gig back in the day. Even a few years back I was working in a call center where we constantly had to address the women's bathroom being filthy in meetings smh.

In this situation you don't even need to put on a wig, dress or anything.

If I'm a sex offender I know I can now go into any bathroom where there are women and walk in without anyone questioning me. Nobody can look at me weird and if a female does look at me weird I can just call her ignorant and closed minded.
Dress, wig, estrogen not needed. This has nothing to do with transsexual people being deviants.
The point I am trying to make actually has nothing to do with trans people. The point I'm making is that it does allow for sexual deviants to have an added avenue to get their deviance on.
Again, in a long list of rights minority groups have to fight for, this doesn't come off as a big victory to me.

I think we can ask this question anytime a major company makes a decision like that. And I don't think you are wrong (or inaccurate) to believe it is more so done to get good press vs. them really giving a damn about the "issue."

So after this changes, you think a regular man can just walk into a women's restroom and it won't raise eyebrows? A deviant is going to do that much to draw attention to himself?
As big as target is though they should just build a third, solo "Family" etc. restroom, save themselves some headache.

I remember a long time ago me and a bunch of coworkers were going out to eat. We all went to the bathroom to wash our hands and one team member who's transgendered and was originally a girl followed us to the mens bathroom. Threw me off at first but I quickly got over it.
