Nothing Kanye's put out since MBDTF has come close to Monster, let alone 56 Nights.

Ye damn sure isn't out here making anything considerably comparable to March Madness.

You know what Im not even going engage in the Future vs Kanye conversation...

Well, I don't think DS2 was the best album of 2015, but Assus & FLOP were dumpsters. Kanye is dead and gone. May as well give up music and strictly try to get production credits on KUWTK and Khloe & Kourtney Take NY or whatever

 yall are a tough crowd man damn

Yeezus is what rap music gonna sound like in 5 years just how everything sound like 808s today

TLOP is already AOTY and better than trash Views

How well it sold is debatable.

I just posted this in another thread. Read the first comment.

http://hypebeast.com/2016/4/yeezy-season-2-will-not-be-releasing-this-summer

I also find it interesting that Adidas only did the first season with him.

And you can see a lot of it is still available.

This makes so much sense and Adidas was smart cutting the cord for Season 2. I do think that Kanye also prefers to do season 2 and 3 on his own too. His price point is doing the damage. I understand he wants to be up there with Wang, Tisci, Owens but those fashion houses are not as profitable as people think. Moste couture brands are absorbed by LVMH or barely staying alive. Kanye wants to reach the masses, but his prices are far from what his average fan would pay let alone the average consumer. Now more than ever the consumer is the smartest shopper and its proven they make their decisions based on the $ spent vs. brand loyalty. There is a reason Aeropostale just filed for bankruptcy and is closing stores while Zara, HM, etc are profiting. The latter stays consistent with trends while remaining a low-mid price point. Aeropostale for the most part has stayed the same trend wise just like Abercrombie and many others but their price point is exactly the same as trendy brands. This stagnation in fashion forward or trendy designs has customers jumping ship and looking elsewhere.

At this point I dont think he cares about being respected. He wore jeans to the Met Gala. Plus Adidas gave him the creative freedom he was searching for all this time.

He only going up from here

Trust me man. He cares. That's why he asked all his fans to boycott Louis Vuitton because the vice president wouldn't take a meeting with him.

Speaking on 92.3 NOW radio, Kanye said:

"I was made for this moment. What happened was while I was out in Paris I wanted to meet with the head of Louis Vuitton, he said I don't understand why we need to meet with you."

Buddy it's Adidas. They would let any celebrity with that big of a social media presence design a shoe.

I think people fail to realize this.

2x A celeb with a social media presence that was under Nike at one point.

Name one celebrity that can replicate the yeezy hype.
Dudes just talk to watch themselves type these horrible *** sentences.

Judging a cat for what he wore to the Met Gala. An event that is known for ridiculous outfits.

Everybody want to be enlightened but ain't nobody looking at the bigger picture.

Who said anything about replicating hype?

We were saying Adidas would've took anyone who would've generated any type of hype.

They were extra thirsty because he just fell off the Nike boat.

Hype is imaginary anyway. Show me some numbers.

Taylor Swift could come out with a Nike or Adidas sneaker and do numbers.

The nerve of this guy comparing his marketability to that of Jordan when it comes to these sneakers

Talmbout he jumped over the jumpman. Yeah for one release maybe. No longevity on the hype train.
