I'd play soccer or just work out every day and learn to grow my own food and be supremely educated. I would want to have think sessions with some of the worlds best economists on solving world problems. Id like to have think sessions with some of the greatest minds in the world on Astrophysics and black holes and the universe.

Cure daily and worldly ills. Learn to program to help make automated cars a reality. Change the landscape of the world with no more personal cars. Everything drives itself.

If money was literally no object I'd explore the oceans completely, buy a few countries (privatized nations is that new wave), set up my moon base, and then terraform Mars.
 
Irony being the vast majority of these comments (sans the ones that involve buying small countries...etc.) are things most people could do now with better time and financial management.
 
Retire my parents

Buy property in NY

Travel to Japan, Germany 

Build my project home when i was studying architecture

Continue working

Scholarships 
 
Try an become an F1 driver, basically practice on different courses all day everyday. 

Set up different foundations for scholarships for the underprivileged.

Work on making it easier for my Mexican people to come over.
 
money aint stopping yall from travelling, just cop a side job at Delta...Jetblue or another airline...free/discount flights.
