I have 2011 Playoffs, besides the shape they were one of the retroes that weren't too bad in quality.
Yeah, Chutney's were considered wack. They're one of if not the worst OG colorway on a Jordan IMO.

Chutneys are not for everyone. Most can't pull off that color combo.

Though the time periods dont completely match up, time to bring this back then...Cross Colours. That may have actually been the problem with the original Chutneys, they were 5 years too late. Nothing matched them in '97-'98! Only my fellow proud Jamaicans could pull them off. Around Labor Day in BK, they were poppin!

DJ Folk has come through in the past more times than not so I'll take his word on it. And allstars can be a Black Friday drop. Trying to figure out how JB is gonna fit all these releases in the year has me intrigued

1) very true, all the popular cws released and the black and navy lows released and I think Chutneys came after that cw, so they were a let down from the previous cw.
2) I think this is the essence of current sneaker interest (i.e Mocha III's). I think in the future this year's TB III will be in that category.

It's just that people confuse it. Many people say playoffs because he did wear them a few times in the playoffs in 98, but that wasn't the first time that year he wore that cw, he wore them in the 98 all star game, instead of previously wearing a blue/white cw like in a previous year (Colombia XI), just did a quick check and you can call the "playoff XII's" all star XII's as well, he actually wore those in the all star game in 97. Sometimes you forget small details like that the further you get away from them, because I definitely remember watching all star weekend in 1997

See I hope they all release. As far as DJ Folk goes, there used to be two people I would take their info and run with and that was @jmadidas2001 and baltsneakershow. I know DJ Folk is reputable to most but Idk i just don't have that trust in his word like the others I previously mentioned but that's just me and trust me I am grateful there is at least somebody still trying to drop info and would be happy if either pair or both released
