Law & Order: SVU Appreciation ...Doink Doink

I highly suggest the episode "Doubt" if anyone needs one to watch.
This was the only episode I have seen without a verdict. Case could have easily gone either way.

Who was in thst episode? I liked the straightforward episodes before it got confusing with the interconnected stories when Liv went under cover and blah blah.

Great show. A bit aimless with the current main cast characters. Benson and Finn are clearly more of a focus but these stories for these other ppl aint all that endearing. They need to add another black detective. I liked that Hispanic dude that ended up killing a rapist or murderer and ended up in prison himself.

There's so many dope eps of this. I dug the cross over with Law & Order. I liked that ep where Elliot spent the whole day with a rapist in an interrogation room trying to trip him up and get him to confess meanwhile dude was egging him on to beat him up  Then he succeeds but when dude confesses everything he's done Elliot walks out the room right past Benson and almost breaks down with how disgusted he is. That's just one.

I always felt Maloney was a good actor that had more potential and was sometimes was limited with the Stabler character but really shined on eps focusing on him. Then I saw Oz and knew for a fact he was a great character actor.

The eps that would get me the most is when the bad guy was locked up for good but maybe one more guilty or morally guilty was out and about and they have the victim or friend/fam of the victim kill that person right in front of the detectives  One time they had this girl stroll up right in the precinct and stab dude in his neck :wow:

Cameos; Hayden P., Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Cynthia Nixon. That Robin Williams eps was wild funny. Son was like a free spirit/getting senile old man and revealed to be a possible criminal genius.

I was always tight they never pulled off the mega crossover with Law & Order, SVU, and Criminal Intent :smh: but :smokin in my mind.

They've pulled that a few times. At least the L&O franchise as a whole.

I still haven't seent Stablers last episode
I forget season was his last but he just didn't come back when his contract was up. There was no big final ep written for him.

I recall the season he left the writers did just about every damn thing with his family though. That job ruined his personal life and he already had anger issues. That season they brought in his bi-polar mom to deal with his bi-polar daughter. They already covered stuff with his son and the divorce/separation with his wife.

I do remember the next season when it was just Benson it was like the creators/writers were mad he aint come back cuz they threw his character under the bus having Benson say Oh my old partner loved to solve everything with violence and anger, I already had a partner like that you need to be different. Had me like :rolleyes :smh:

USA Network should change it's name to SVU. Love watching marathons of it on USA.
Cuz of USA and I think TNT/TBS I've seen every ep of SVU a while ago.

This is one of my favorite shows.  So many classic episodes.  However, as someone said, the show is not the same without Stabler!

Still the GOAT show with or without stabler lol though I do wish he was still on.

And yeah pretty sure I seen every episode because of USA

I started watching from the beginning recently.
So many guest appearances by people on other shows/movies.
Such a good show

Looks like Robbie from Everybody Loves Raymond became a scumbag C.O. raping female inmates in Rikers  :smh:

Too true.

Criminal Intent was :smokin

The Sherlock type aspect of the show was a nice balance.

SVU was always behind the others for me. Jack McCoy was that dude too :smokin

I use to hate how they'd trade off week to week with Chris Noth never being able to keep a partner ***.

The homey Goren is a detective king! Son would go in. Love that show.

Son was on his Columbo steez. Broke down the majority of his perps without needing a trial. Steady getting confessions and getting them to slip up :smokin

Its crazy when you nktice most major tg actor have been on law and order

And most ent to hbo

I remember Melissa Joan Hart in an ep.
Luda was in one and he somehow became his own attorney....

And nothing is funnier than stabler tripping or punching someone who's on the run

I think that ep was a 3 parter. I don't know how he pulled it off but Luda had his character being beyond badass; screwed with his entire family (related to Finn) by revealing their secrets in court, got revenge on his mom for abandoning him, raped a chick, killed her with a knife I think and buried a baby alive, and got off scottfree due to techicalities and insufficent evidence.

Son represented himself and his swag was off the charts.

Only L he took was discovering he was a product of incest and that's why his mom ditched him. I may be misremembering, dunno if he got killed in the end.
