Need a legit check on BC3's

I bought these as beaters for cheap off some kid on a buying/selling app. This was a while ago before I knew much about being cautious of fakes, and when I got them I was pretty certain they weren't authentic so I got a refund from PayPal (wasn't a lot). I have second thoughts sometimes since I still don't have an authentic pair of BC3's, so I wanted to have other opinions. Thanks!View media item 2032635W

Those are Fakes.
Cement print should be indented and suede, not flat and plastic.
Toe box is elongated (common w/ fake 3s)
Date on tag should touch the barcode above it.
These weren't retroed in 05.
Jumpman and Air on back are misshapen.
Cement print cut is too high.
Grey is too light.
