Yea I don't do goat because they make you send in pictures and are very anal about what you ship to them, while stockx let's things rock

Sold a pair on Tuesday and they already got authenticated Wednesday. It usually took a day or two extra but I am glad they are stepping up their efforts this year

The listing is for a NMD XR1 with the black Boost.
Since most users don't have the ability to adjust prices in those $1 increments, it's probably an internal GOAT listing or a seller with special privileges.

I believe it was free for bank cash out but they charged for PP. Now they charge for both.

None. I don't recall GOAT ever doing any kind of seller discounts fees. Only Stockx has done promos with discount codes.

GOAT doesn't charge the seller for shipping so overall, their fees or "cut" is lower than StockX. The closest thing GOAT did to a promotion was when they did the "raffle" for some serious heat at retail prices.
I personally feel GOAT gets higher offers from buyers than StockX too.

Hey guys so in a dilemma, ordered a pair of Cny ultra boost off goat, was home all day waiting for the package and had text alerts on. So I'm sitting there watching tv and I get a notice that my package was left st the front door/porch...never heard a knock or anything so I thought they just left it. Go outside and nothing there...try to contact usps and they are closed.
Contact goat and they apologize and ask me if I checked with a neighbor and if my info was correct I confirmed that I did both and no response prob out for the night too. What's the best thing to do? If usps lost the package it says they only insure up to $100? Anybody deal with this?

Did you fund your purchase with a credit card? If the package is actually lost, at least you have the ability to do a chargeback if worst comes to worst. I'd follow up with GOAT and get a response from them before taking action. Unfortunately, the USPS is useless for insurance claims and if GOAT wants any insurance compensation, they will probably work with USPS or their insurer if they insured past the USPS insurance layers. Also, not sure how true it was but I heard GOAT insures packages up to the "resale" price of the shoe.
Please give us updates! I definitely want to know how GOAT handles it.

Dealt with this twice. NDC and FTL. Both said delivered but no package in sight. at all.
The investigation will be taken care of under the shipper whether it is ups or usps generally speaking. In this case, UPS since we're dealing with GOAT. I'd go in person with the tracking number to see whats good. Or give UPS a call.
Have tracking # ready (866) 302-9443
But for now, wait a day to see if they'd make an attempt to re-deliver

Thanks for the help guys, I already contacted my credit card company and they do have a way I can basically dispute the charge with an investigation, but it sucks because I'd be disputing the charge with goat and it's usps mistake. Like you said tho I'm sure they are insured on stuff like this so we shall see.

Ok so I called post office to make a case so they can investigate , they said I should go in to speak with them directly so I did. Talk to the lady in customer service and she's super condescending acting all non chalant like it's my ******* fault they lost my 300 dollar package. So she takes my number and cuts me off every time I try to talk so I had to flash on her a bit , going back later today to speak to a supervisor. I'm pretty pissed... goat finally got back to me and they said the package insured but I only get goat credit and I have to wait 21 days to even start the claim which I find to be ridiculous too so I'm considering filing a dispute. I won't be able to find another pair of Cny ultra boost for 285 either ... all in all this blows

Just tried listing two sneakers with goat, some GRs I bought to get my grandma platinum status at champs today. Very annoying how many pics they make you take and I'm surprised how anal they are considering all you have to do to list a freaking shoe on their app
