GOAT APP legit?

Goat is super strict with shipping in the 72 hrs time frame. They kept sending me messages even though I already dropped off at UPS and they still complain because tracking is not updating. I hope it works for you on that method your using!
 
Yea both of these companies are annoying with that constant bombardment of quick shipping
 
i keep getting this issue where it tells me to take all necessary photos and phots are missing.  ive taken all pics already. is there a fix for this?
 
I don't think it's annoying. Just make sure it's scanned when UPS has your package. Remember, buyers have to wait extra for authentication so the longer you take to ship, the more time a buyer has to wait. We all know how impatient sneaker heads are.

I'm lucky that I live in CA and all my packages get to goat in 1 business day.
 
I don't like the company commanding me on when to ship, it's my shoes not theirs, we are simply business partners

I mean it's simple protocol, no? Without them you wouldn't have a buyer. The shipping can be a tad annoying at times, but ultimately it creates a decent timeline for transactions.

I mean I get it and it's an automated system but I don't like people shouting orders at me, not even the way they do it. Explain the rules, give someone a reminder after a day and change and that's it. Not you must ship this or you have to do that, nah, only mom dukes can talk to me that way :lol:
 
Hey guys, was there an NTer who works with GOAT? I have a serious issue I have to attend to regarding a fraudulent cashout. Any help would be seriously appreciated. Their CS often takes a while to get back (I know it's the middle of the night but borderline freaking out right now).

Just got en email from goat, "Important: Please Reset Your Password"
Wonder if your issue and this has something to do with any security breach?

I bet it is - I saw some social media tweets that mentioned the exact same thing that happened to me. Someone hacked in, added their paypal email and withdrew funds. I had been leaving small profits from selling towards SNS Tee Times and woke up shook this morning to see $600 missing. I will say they resolved it swiftly and replaced my funds so props to them for taking care of it.

Interesting, they sent another email to change the password, although I didn't request it. Guessing they'll send it to all, although they should change the "ignore this email" part. I'm so sick right now. Sold a pair of PB Yeezy 350s for 500, left the credits so I could buy something nice once my spare Zebra's verified and I wake up and someone with a .ru address stole my money. I e-mailed them but this has never happened. I'm hoping they take care of this. Scared to use the app after this.

Wtf? WOW bro. I'd be sick. I'm quick to Cash out via PP just in case since it's instantaneous.

My biggest issues with these apps is that they their systems don't account for holiday or holiday weekends, so you have to personally contact them to tell them you'll need additional time to ship out especially if it's a Friday night.

I'm praying they fix this fast. I'm just amazed. I've had credits sitting before and nothing happened like this. I changed all my information but with pending credits for that and some Black Infrareds coming this isn't a good feeling at all.

Wow that sucks. They should be able to prove they were hacked and have some kind of insurance. My bank acct info is on there. Totally rethinking that now

I also got this email. And I actually reset my password.....ima change it again
 
Just purchased a pair of used footscapes from them and the condition of the shoes are nothing like the seller's pics.  The condition is worse; suede has lost its knapp, suede discoloration, and worst of all, tearing near the weaves.  I contacted them telling them my issue, but all they could tell me was that they don't accept returns for used shoes. I told them, I am aware about your guys' no return policy on used shoes, but I was under the impression that when you guys "verified" shoes, you not only checked legitimacy, but checked if the condition matched the seller's pictures as well. As their policy states, "If we find they are replicas or they are *not as described*, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund."

A rep emailed me back saying, "We did find the shoes to be as described, as they did match up with the original seller photos."
I can't help but laugh.

You can't tell me the two pics look even remotely identical.
If they can't offer me a full refund, perhaps I should request for a partial one?
I paid $300 for these, btw.  Under the impression that they were in better condition.
