GOAT APP legit?

Looking through I also read the guy has multiple pairs of same shoe, he probably took a risk with a seller elsewhere and got burned and is trying to pass the burden on GOAT.
Yup that's what I was thinking too, probably did a meetup, got sloppy and is now stuck with some fufus. Why else would he have multiples of the same shoe?

I'm curious how the Blue Human Races case will go. GOAT takes extensive photos of the shoe before shipping to the buyer. If he's trying to pull a fufu switch on GOAT, it won't work and he'll likely be banned permanently from the app.

As for the box, it's a legitimate replacement box but the seller should have noted the Blue Human Races came with a replacement box instead of the OG Consortium box in the original listing.

I don't see what is preventing him from giving full details. It's not like he signed a non-disclosure agreement.

It's funny that all this fishy stuff has gone down on GOAT. I had a pair of used red Octobers for sale on there and last week they sold...however the transaction was held due to an "investigation" of fraud on the buyers end. The sale was voided and my sneaker was relisted. I wonder if this hack was part of this attempted purchase?

Probably someone trying to clap GOAT with a fraudulent card while getting your Yeezys in the process

same thing happened with some guy and yellow human races on stockx. guy claimed stockx sent him fakes. he had multiple pairs too.

in these cases i don't know how you can prove what really happened.

Well with stockx they attach the piece of string to the shoes which gives someone the right to claim as long as it hasn't been removed. Mistakes do happen in this business

If they take detailed pics of the sneakers before sending them out to the buyer then that shouldn't work

Been a busy week but just wanted to let you all know I finally got a response Monday after the weekend. Winnie Z. fixed everything and I got my money credited back to my account, quickly deposited everything back into my account. Hopefully we are able to get an extra verification step or something with the app.

Godda be trolling. First a yellow, then blue and now red pair? Dudes are teaming up tryin to discredit goat cuz it's taking money out their reselling bum *****

That guy should know that those shoes come with an extra set of laces. Why is he even asking? I would be really surprised if GOAT let some shoes pass without laces, especially since we have seen how petty they have been over small things.

Tags aren't necessary. I had 3 US versions (Black and Green from ADC; still have the Blacks) and a Red from the Darkside Initiative raffle. None came with size tags. With regards to the spare laces, I have hard time believing GOAT let a pair pass with the spare laces missing.

Finally signed up/put in request to sell on goat. I was surprised to see NT listed in the examples for platforms sold on. Stockx didn't even require a request to sell, just lets you sell right away.

/thread

Everytime a story comes up about receiving fakes from GOAT and we ask for proof they go ghost. Happened with that dude months ago from detroitnwith the suede XI. I called him out and his friends who ran a talk show turned on him because he copped fakes and tried to blame it on goat.

Another NTer said his friend copped some yeezy that were obviously fake and claimed goat sent them to him. His friend said he didn't have proof but why would he lie?

Dudes get burned all the time and don't wanna look like idiots so they look to blame someone else.

Buy sell here is hard bc of post requirements. I have a few pairs and other stuff but can't post yet. I linked my chase account no issues

I've never sold on Goat or StockX but I have some shoes piling up that I bought and have never worn. Need to move some of them. From what I can tell, both charge a 9.5% commission. From there, the main differences are:

- StockX charges 3.5% and $13.5

- Goat charges $5 flat fee

- StockX requires no pics before selling a shoe

- Goat requires 7 pics before selling each pair

Am I missing anything? If that's it it seems like Goat gives a better profit but StockX is easier bc you don't have to take and upload pics.

dblplay1212 dblplay1212 I just recently started using stockx. They actually charge 9.5% & $13.99 for shipping.. the 3% is actually PayPal's fee that they are pre-calculating. They automatically cash you out on PayPal whereas Goat gives you the option to spend the money on their site, which wouldn't ever go through PayPal.

Also, it takes time to be approved on Goat. Some people have said they sped up the process by contacting them. You can sell as soon as you setup your profile on stockx.

Oh, one other notable mention. Goat seems to be better for the seller since the prices stay pretty consistent. On stockx there are usually people trying to under cut eachother on the prices.
