this makes things fair. if a girl gets pregs and wants to abort it the guys has no say. flipping this and changing these type of laws only makes things more equal. Good for sweden actually doing  something that makes things equal.

Da current laws dont fix broken laws, it basically ruins da man if he gets a divorce or break up wit a girl he had a kid with..

See "states with no fault" divorce laws.

You can literally catch ur wife cheating red handed, and she'll still entitled to half.

you don't need sex to survive 

the purpose of sex is to pro-create, and our maker did us a solid by making it feel so good ....  which is why people do the **** for fun, which is fine.... but there are risks involved 

as soon as you put it in, you've signed that waiver to accept whatever happens next 

it's one of the more black and white situations there is

less kids. girls not having the opportunities to trap dudes theyll be more responsible and not look at babies  as potential come ups.  not that hard to figure out.

If I could I wouldn't have asked the question. Only one here making an assumption is you. Also don't see how this leads to broken homes. If a man doesn't want to be there for his child he won't. Making him pay child support isnt going to fix a lack of interaction and nuclear families.

Man doesnt want a child, woman does. Her body, her choice, her responsibility. She doesn't want to be burdened with that responsibility then she shouldn't have had sex. Sex comes with risks and if you're not ready for the risks that come from sex then you should think twice before having sex.
