I never said i didnt like future , i just think the PEOPLE dont give him enough credit , hes obviously grateful and understands cause its hard to find a video without metro and esco dancin around ....future is actually one of my fave artists even though he doesnt have any crazy bars , i just ponder why does he get appreciated for mediocre bars with great production (like i appreciate his music) but if you say you like souljas music from 7-8 years ago , you get clowned . I seriously like both artists at their primes (havent checked for SB in years) and the only answer i can find for myself is that people need that tall / dreadhead goon look in order to respect a rapper .....almost like a pimp man seriously , to end the convo , i think future is better than SB but ill ask this question , why isnt SB appreciated?

SB is not even close to being in the same league as Future. Gotta respect the hustle and the mark he made but he's been sucking the soul out of other rappers the past few years. Probably the biggest biter in the game, it just goes somewhat unnoticed because hardly anyone still listens to him.

I guess man , im sure the deprived young bucks that didnt get to enjoy the golden era wont understand the greatness of knuck if you buck , just like ill never understand songs like faneto . The difference is i can acknowledge that songs like love no thotties / kobe / love sosa are GREAT songs , us old heads actually listen to the music , not just skim through whatever all your colleagues are posting on ig/twitter . Take it how you guys want but when my little niece is listening to DS2 and telling me "but future is good cause everyone listens to him" .....you know that artist wouldve never survived before 2005 ....how old is future? Id put money on that guy being 35 years oldish and im not going to look it up.... Might be wrong but my hot take : future wouldnt be half of what he was / became / is without the social media push.

My man , if you read all the posts youd see that i previously said that future is one of my favorite artists ....youre not getting the point im making which is why not a lot of people are responding , i feel like i have a good question that only one person actually gave a true response to that wasnt d-riding future. Ill ask you the question , we appreciate , myself included what future offers in great production / sound quality / good catchy songs , why isnt the same appreciated for soulja boy? Plz respond in a logical manner without caping for another grown man this time
