Developing Story: SHOOTING at T.I show in NYC : 1 dead, 3 injured

I always wondered if Canadians were getting it popping like that, I didn't think so.


Canada is the Target of North America. A little more expensive, a lot less crowded and less likely for drama to pop off.

He didn't shoot anybody , so what are you going to charge him with? His battle is with the streets vs. him not the
courts. There is no evidence he did anything, even if he did he could just say it was self defense and he ran for his life.

son is a dead man walking out West and East. he might as well bounce now asap and lay low. No podcast no tweeting no nothing

In Toronto aka tha motherland Jafaika I once had the 13 year old multiracial bloods live on my street.
They'd always say something like " wha gwan muscle crackaa " as I passed by .
My somali friends from Parkdale suggested I say " soowoo mi youts" as a culturally appropriate response.

I dont think I pronounced it right becauae they didn't want to be friends anymore.
I think they may have wanted to do the " get it poppin" thing you speak of.

Tax was talking slick about someone that's been dead for 20 years? Whose mans is this?

Can't just go around calling people snitches, that's a serious allegation in the US.

CTG keeps it at music. I think the furthest he's gone is talking about how Birdman don't pay artists. I can't remember what he said about Busta that made him check though.


Tax be asking for dudes to approach him. Saying he'll slap dudes, this and that, talking about people's wives, threatening to put somebody's address on Twitter. If you putting out that type of energy, eventually somebody gon come see you. Son been writing too many checks... If he got dudes on the West heated that ain't good.

Here in canada we literally all learned of guns , gangs and crack through rap music.
We have thousands of kids who grew up affluent, that still want to join the music promoted lifestyle.
Out there selling drugs because of the thousands of cool images theyve been bombarded with.

Kids with good grades and both parents.

If art reflects real life, why exactly does it all of a sudden not work the other way around.

Its messed up because I love hip hop but I know damn well that had it never happened Canada would be a better place to live.

Do you feel life was better before? Or does crack taking over at the same time just kind of confuse hip hops influence on the subject.

I ask as we never had a crack boom but def felt raps affects

Snitching is when your tellin on people your involved with to get a lighter sentence period.

Cam got yo dumb *** thinkin its not cool to call the police if you find out Dahmer was your neighbor.

i for the life of me can not understand why civilians, rap fans, radio personalities etc.  are so enamored with the idea of snitching/not snitching
